Welcome to TierraMove (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the TierraMove website, mobile system, or booking services (“Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Portal.

1. Use of the Portal

a. You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or booking a class.
b. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
c. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or disrupt the Portal experience.

2. Class Booking & Cancellation

a. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment, when required.
b. Cancellation and rescheduling rules are shown during booking and must be followed.
c. We may adjust schedules, instructors, or class capacity for operational or safety reasons.

3. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

a. All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and may change at any time.
b. Full payment must be completed to secure your booking.
c. Fees are non-refundable, except where stated otherwise or required by law.

4. Conduct & Safety

a. By joining any class, you agree that you are physically fit and responsible for your own health and well-being.
b. You must follow all safety guidance by TierraMove instructors and staff.

4A. Respectful Behaviour & Zero-Harassment Policy

TierraMove is a supportive and inclusive environment. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, including but not limited to:
• Sexual harassment (unwanted advances, comments, gestures, physical contact)
• Bullying or intimidation
• Insults, discrimination, or disrespectful language toward others

If such behaviour occurs:
• Immediate removal from class or premises may occur
• No refund will be issued
• We may report the matter to authorities if necessary

Our priority is to protect every member of our community.

5. Facility Usage & Personal Belongings

a. You agree to use the studio responsibly and keep the space clean.
b. Personal items remain your responsibility — TierraMove is not liable for loss, damage, or theft.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand elements, images, videos, and class materials belong to TierraMove. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit photos, reviews, or media relating to our programs, you grant us the right to use and publish them for marketing or promotional purposes. You must ensure you have rights to the content.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

Your personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

9. Service Modifications

We may update or stop any service, feature, or schedule. We will aim to provide notice when feasible.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:
• Technical errors or interruptions beyond our control
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any injury or property loss not caused by our negligence

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be handled by Malaysian courts.
